Sean Myers, is a mechanical engineer with over 6 years experience in design, energy management and HVAC building automation system consulting.  His expertise includes building energy auditing, installation and commissioning of wireless building automation.  Sean is a also a member of CaGBC and ASHRAE GTA Chapters.

Miss Soha Karimi B.Arch

Building Design Consultant

 Miss Soha Karimi is a graduate from the Architectural Science program at Ryerson University Canada. She undertook an independent research in Florence, Italy, where she understudied the pedestrian scale and the urban fabric of Italian cities. She has further expanded her interest in urban and community development by her involvement in the Toronto Housing development project which explored the role of architecture in revitalizing Toronto’s Inner Suburbs from a small scale intervention to a large scale transformation. Miss Soha Karimi’s design principles stands with the believe that it is now almost a vitality for architects to use their knowledge to initiate roles in developing practical solutions in response to social issues and changes. In addition to the knowledge which she has obtained from her education, her work experience in a Toronto base Design / Build company: FORM Design + Build strengthened and further polished her background in both design and the community development aspect of architecture and urban design.

Mr. Jim Sun is a Building design and development consultant with experience and expertise in building design optimization, project management and contract administration.
